The impressive, double height building reception creates an instant sense of calm upon arrival, with a refined palette of natural materials and a large feature tree, around which curves a beautifully designed, bespoke timber staircase leading up to the mezzanine level. Passing through reception via the striking welcome desk fabricated from recycled glass, you reach the Business Lounge; a light and bright space for collaborative working or casual meetings, with bespoke furniture providing a variety of seating zones.

Accessed directly from Abchurch Lane, the ground floor bike store employs a feature floor referencing Abchurch Yard beyond. Complemented by our very own in building coffee kiosk, this area can be used by both building occupiers and visitors. Extensive additional bike storage is accessed via a dedicated lift and incorporates a cycle surgery, wash down facility, folding bike lockers and spaces for a variety of cycle types.

The bespoke timber spiral stair leads directly from reception to the first element of the wellness suite; the Essence Lounge. Focussed on scent, this beautifully designed and tranquil space will provide a moment of gentle respite and opportunity to take a moment to refocus and recharge during a busy day.

The wellness journey continues at this level into the Vitality Lounge. Featuring a striking green hydration bar, this zone is focused on active wellbeing and, located between the two changing areas, is a point to pause before or after exercise. The two, equally sized changing rooms are beautifully specified and incorporate a full range of facilities, including hairdryers, straighteners, irons, shoe cleaning stations, phone charging lockers and complementary towels and toiletries.

Beyond is located the Listening Lounge, an area for quiet, individual focus, ideal for those moments when singular focus is required within a warm and comforting environment. The final area, overlooking Abchurch Yard, is a multi function space, able to be used for a variety of activities, from yoga classes to presentations or large scale meetings and events.

Intended as a shared amenity for all building occupiers, the terrace is able to be accessed directly from the core and has the option of an adjacent pavilion incorporating catering facilities to allow for regular rooftop events.
